Technical Business Analyst II

Technical Business Analyst II with a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience will participate in day-to-day business discussions with key stakeholders, capture and document declared and undeclared needs, and write user stories for development. The role involves collaborating with internal development to translate requirements, assess risk, and provide solutions; managing project updates with local and offshore teams; ensuring products meet end-user needs and supporting data-driven decision making through data analysis, testing, and reporting. Additional responsibilities include documenting data mapping and transformation logic for integration use cases, defining data sourcing, filtering, and movement between systems (ETL), and translating data requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, plus experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies, are required; the incumbent will work with onshore and offshore teams and customers to achieve target outcomes and maintain a customer-focused approach.
