Job Summary
Develop expertise with Zoho One and Laserfiche customizations for clients, including CRM tools, multiple Zoho applications, and standards for gathering and understanding client requirements. Convert requirements to configurations in Zoho One and Laserfiche while maintaining open, honest, and clear communication with all team members. Conduct testing and quality assurance to support clients through continuously improved, well-designed processes and creative system designs. Become adept at Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and collaboration tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Earn $35 to $40 per hour for a hybrid role in Long Beach, CA, with a 32 to 40-hour work week.
