Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Azure DevOps, AI, CI/CD, and platform engineering initiatives. Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability across development and release activities. Collaborate with stakeholders, DevOps engineers, and AI/ML teams to define automation workflows, data flows, and platform improvements. Facilitate workshops and sprint planning to support Agile delivery processes. Bridge business objectives with technical implementation to drive successful delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within technology and digital transformation environments
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps including Boards, backlog management, user stories, and requirement traceability
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, sprint delivery, and software development lifecycle
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting engineering teams
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, automation workflows, and release management
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure environments
- Understanding of data flows, system integrations, and platform engineering concepts
- Experience collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience supporting AI-driven initiatives is preferred
