Job Summary
Technical Brewer and Small Batch Manager to lead a 10 barrel Small Batch brewery, acting as a technical authority across brewing and packaging, driving continuous improvement, quality and innovation in collaboration with Marketing; responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve beer quality and efficiency, leading CI projects, conducting root cause analyses, embedding 5S, delivering small-batch and experimental brews (Belgian Beer range, Cask Club, limited editions), translating concepts into exceptional beers, and supporting Production Planning with data-driven insights; candidate should have extensive brewing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with Marketing and Production teams, plus experience with laboratory data interpretation and CI tools.
Required Qualifications
- CIBD Diploma or equivalent brewing degree qualification
