Job Summary
Receives refurbished equipment, verifies chain of custody, and manages inventory of devices while inspecting shipments for damages or defects. Unloads incoming materials, resolves discrepancies against purchase orders, and delivers items to requisitioning departments with authorized signatures. Operates dolly, pallet jack, cardboard baler, shrink wrap machine, forklift, and company vehicles as needed to load, unload, and prepare shipments. Completes cycle counts, performs basic kitting, assists in routine maintenance, and secures the facility by locking areas and monitoring personnel. Provides training to technicians, communicates with project managers and vendors, and develops solutions for process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of Warehouse experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Intermediate interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of internal MCPc systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities of moderate to high complexity
- Ability to work independently and to sustain positive relationships with team members, management and customers
- Team oriented resource that approaches problems collaboratively
- Ability to operate equipment listed in responsibilities
- Intermediate understanding of shipping/receiving protocols
- Attended and collected required training courses and certifications
- Willingness to train, learn and achieve through the career path
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adequately supervise the associate
- Availability of necessary equipment utilized for regular job functions
- Physical requirements including occasional sitting, stooping/crouching, regular walking, standing, pulling/pushing, carrying, lifting up to 40lbs., grasping, reaching, clarity of vision, and rare climbing & crawling

- Ability to work inside of our offices
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Existing warehouse and safety certifications
- Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of internal MCPc systems and workflow
- Ability to act as an escalation point and basic training contact for all Logistics staff
