Job Summary
Support customers across the country by assisting with inquiries regarding tool selection and application support. Analyze customer prints to determine optimal product design, approach, and cost-savings, then draft tool design prints in AutoCAD to meet customer needs. Collaborate with field sales and distributor partners to build trust in our products and foster relationships. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience launching a career in engineering with manufacturing and QC aspects. Based on performance, opportunities exist to grow into New Product Development, Inspection, and other areas. The position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- Strong understanding of geometry and algebra
