Technical Assistant- Program Health & Capacity Building

Technical Assistant, Program Health & Capacity Building for Banyuwangi Hijau Programme. Responsibilities include preparing and supporting training materials, workshops, and learning activities; supporting capacity-building activities for UPT, DLH, village governments, and other stakeholders; monitoring service quality and operational consistency; identifying implementation gaps and recommending improvements; contributing to learning and knowledge sharing across implementation areas; contributing to programme reporting and implementation updates. Requirements include an S1 degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience in training/facilitation/capacity building or programme monitoring, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to work with government and community stakeholders, good organisational and reporting skills, Bahasa Indonesia proficiency, and willingness to be based in Banyuwangi with travel across the regency.
