Plan, prepare, test, and manufacture liquid and dried cell analysis reagents for clinical studies and cell therapy applications, including flow cytometry. Execute and document production steps, in-process controls, and quality assays while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Maintain product quality through complete, traceable documentation of all relevant processes and support deviation management and change control procedures. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, collaborating closely with QC and marketing teams. Work independently with flexible scheduling in an international environment at Miltenyi Biotec, contributing to the development of novel solutions for biomedicine and cancer research.
