Job Summary
Technical Assistant for encapsulation operations in manufacturing: operate and set up encapsulation machines, perform in-process checks, challenge tests and troubleshooting, maintain machine, area, and accessories, minimize spillage and rejection, ensure proper documentation and batch record verification, assist with PMP/spares, calibration of weighing instruments, environmental condition monitoring, and adherence to cGMP and ALCOA++; coordinate with supervisor and QA, ensure cleaning, line clearance, and proper storage/disposal of materials.
