Technical Assistant, Manufacturing

Technical Assistant, Manufacturing role focused on the Wurster process: perform operation, machine setting, cleaning, in-process checks, challenge tests, and troubleshooting to meet the weekly plan. Maintain machines, accessories, and facilities to minimize downtime and prevent cross-contamination; ensure proper storage, dispensing of raw materials, and adherence to batch records (BMR) and QA protocols. Responsible for equipment PMP activities, calibration of weighing balances and instruments, line clearance, cleaning of tools and production accessories, and generation and maintenance of required documents. Provide training to junior operators, identify and initiate manufacturing improvement projects, ensure cGMP and SOP compliance, monitor environmental conditions, and participate in audits. Follow safety practices including use of PPE and 5S in the workplace; coordinate with management for special precautions and communicate any abnormalities to supervisors and QA.
