Job Summary
Technical Assistant for Commercial Insurance (CONTRACT) supports underwriters and brokers by interpreting requests and gathering information for fast, accurate processing. Responsibilities include pursuing customer needs, handling emails and phone calls, and providing technical/admin support; strong emphasis on data entry, organization, and IT system usage. French is mandatory, English is an asset. Hybrid work arrangement is available (50/50 office and home). Required Qualifications
- Previous office-environment experience
- Data entry experience
