Job Summary
Issue certificates of insurance and check endorsements for accuracy, invoice, and deliver to clients. Check audits for accuracy, invoice, and delivery, prepare policy delivery books, and create insurance proposals using the agency management system and Microsoft Word. Order loss runs from various carriers or obtain them from carrier websites. Perform routine administrative tasks and pursue personal and professional development. Obtain a Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment. Required Qualifications
- TN Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)
- 1 – 3 years' experience in a similar position (preferred)
- AMS360 and ImageRight software experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
