Job Summary
Technical Assistant, Administration for the Banyuwangi Hijau Programme supports administrative, financial, logistical, and reporting requirements of Waste Operations activities. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking activity budgets, maintaining filing systems and documentation, supporting donor- and Systemiq-reported formats, providing logistical support for field activities, ensuring audit-ready programme records, and supporting data management and operational documentation. Requires an S1 degree, 3+ years in administration, budgeting, reporting, logistics or programme support; strong organisational skills; proficiency in MS Excel and data management; good written Bahasa Indonesia; and willingness to be based in Banyuwangi.
Required Qualifications
- An S1 degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in administration, budgeting, reporting, logistics, or programme support.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good MS Excel and data management skills.
- Good written Bahasa Indonesia skills.
- Ability to manage documentation accurately and consistently.
- Willingness to be based in Banyuwangi.
