Job Summary

Technical Assistance Program Associate provides intake/waitlist support, case management assistance for families affected by ICE detention and reunification processes, and administrative coordination. Responsibilities include managing intake requests, coordinating waitlists, supporting case logistics (signatures, notarizations, travel documents, accompaniment, and joint repatriation efforts), identifying and coordinating resources for noncitizen families, maintaining case records in Salesforce and other trackers, and supporting program surveys, materials, and presentations. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organizational skills, experience with coordinating across stakeholders, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and data/tracking systems. Based in one of the nine listed U.S. offices and able to travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of post-high school experiences (employment, internships, volunteer, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences including children, families, colleagues, partners, and volunteers
  • Ability to follow up with stakeholders and close information gaps
  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to gather, summarize, and present large amounts of information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat; willingness to learn new technologies/platforms
  • Ability to communicate with cultural humility and effectively engage across cultures
