Job Summary

Technical Assistance Associate I providing multi-channel client support for Interactive Brokers platforms (desktop, mobile, and web) with focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution. Acts as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of bugs and issues. Requires analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to handle phone, chat, and ticket inquiries. Cantonese and English fluency required; Mandarin a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with Windows/Mac software and connectivity support; familiarity with financial products is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in Hong Kong. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (degree earned in a technical field would be advantageous)
  • Experience with Windows/Mac software and connectivity support
