Technical Asset Management Associate

Job Summary
Monitor and analyse the technical, operational, and financial performance of renewable energy assets while supervising preventive and corrective O&M activities. Identify optimisation opportunities to maximise asset value, perform forecasting and investment analysis, and manage commercial and contractual relationships with key counterparties. Track revenue streams, operational costs, and asset budgets; assess technical, commercial, and financial risks; and ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, and Group policies. Prepare performance reports for stakeholders and collaborate with internal departments throughout the asset lifecycle. Fluency in English is mandatory, with a driving licence and travel availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, project management, operation & maintenance or a related field
- Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation
- Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of autonomy, accountability and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Driving licence
- Availability to travel from time to time
- Fluency in English
