Technical Assessor Associate

Technical Assessor Associate responsible for QA/QC inspections of building systems (electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, and structural) to ensure quality standards and engineering specifications across commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Responsibilities include on-site inspections and walk-through surveys of equipment and systems, data collection from data plates, photographing equipment, reviewing plans and records, documenting findings, and preparing detailed reports that describe conditions and compliance with applicable standards. May advance to more complex assessments (PCA, ADA checklists, environmental data collection) and produce reports using field tools (iPad, web-based programs). Travel to client project sites is required; role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance (ASTM, NFPA, NEC, ICC, ASME), data documentation, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and other inspectors.
