Job Summary
QA/QC inspections of building systems (electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, structural) across commercial, residential, and industrial facilities; collect, photograph, and document data; review plans and inspect for compliance with ASTM/NFPA/ NEC/ICC/ASME standards; prepare detailed reports describing findings with photographs and supporting documentation; travel extensively to client sites and collaborate with engineers, architects, and inspectors; advance to more complex assessments (PCA, ADA checklists, environmental data collection) with on-site inspections and data collection via web-based programs using iPad and other devices; maintain confidentiality and deliver timely, proactive client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma OR GED required with some college preferred
