Job Summary
Technical Architect to lead development of construction documents from concept through final delivery for Healthcare and Education projects. Acts as authority on exterior envelope systems, translating design concepts into technically sound architectural solutions, and coordinating with in-house teams across three regional offices. Responsibilities include quality assurance of technical documents, client communications, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and education safety standards. Requires 10+ years of experience, NAAB-accredited degree, Registered Architect (Texas licensure preferred), and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office. Preferred sector experience in Healthcare (OSHPD Texas standards) or large-scale K-12/Higher Education projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
- Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) required; Texas licensure preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge of exterior envelope systems and general building materials.
- Software Proficiency: Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
