Job Summary
Coach, support, and develop technical competencies on shift needed to support successful execution of production and maintenance processes. Acts as a maintenance advocate, coordinating daily schedule, removing barriers and enabling maintenance to run optimally. Serve as coach and technical mentor for maintenance technicians; execute process confirmation of maintenance standards; collaborate with process team to drive quality and compliance improvements; manage development plans for maintenance technicians; implement shift maintenance plans and ensure proper documentation in SAP and log books; drive process improvements and ensure safety and environmental requirements are followed; familiarity with high-speed or automated systems (Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly, Bulk manufacturing, Packaging, Utilities, or HVAC) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; leadership experience preferred for mentoring, change management, planning/organizing, and cross-functional problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study from an accredited university required
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field of study from an accredited university required with a minimum of seven (7) years of maintenance or manufacturing experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of nine (9) years of maintenance or manufacturing experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance or manufacturing experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
