Architect responsible for designing the world’s most advanced digital employee platform, defining long-term architectural vision to enable cross-enterprise work, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient designs, and balancing rapid iteration with long-term technical quality. Lead standards and best practices, collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams, and mentor engineers to elevate the technical bar. Emphasizes ownership, velocity, and clarity in solving complex technical challenges and building scalable systems from scratch.
