Job Summary
Architect applications and solutions by owning end-to-end design of cloud-native, full-stack enterprise applications across JVM and JavaScript ecosystems. Design database architecture to govern polyglot persistence strategies, defining scalable data models and indexing for relational and NoSQL platforms. Optimize performance by tuning code paths, queries, and caching while monitoring resource utilization during peak loads. Ensure high availability through replication, clustering, and failover strategies, alongside disaster recovery frameworks. Drive cloud and DevOps integration by championing deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and establishing CI/CD pipeline architectures. Monitor platform health using tools like Grafana and New Relic to conduct root-cause analyses, while mentoring development teams and establishing design standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 4+ years in architecture roles
- Expertise in designing full-stack enterprise applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Angular, React)
- Strong proficiency across relational and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB)
- Deep understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven)
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes), and data streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark)
- Scripting and automation knowledge (Python, Java, Ansible)
