Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• •Current architectural licensure
• •Minimum of 15+ years of professional architectural experience
• •Significant expertise in technical design, detailing, construction documentation, and project delivery
• •Extensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility (ADA), life safety, building systems, and construction standards
• •Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating complex building projects through all phases of design and construction
• •Advanced proficiency in Revit
• •Strong commitment to BIM-integrated project delivery
• •Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination, constructability, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes
• •Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to mentor and guide project teams
