Job Summary
Define scalable, secure Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds, translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs and integration patterns. Establish governance standards, enforce design principles, and manage technical debt while leading delivery teams through Agile processes and release readiness. Architect data synchronization strategies, security models, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-performing, compliant solutions. Partner with stakeholders to drive platform modernization and support long-term roadmap alignment. This remote role requires 10+ years of hands-on expertise and influences technical and non-technical audiences within a diverse, inclusive environment at Exavalu.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep hands-on architecture expertise
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds
- Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative capabilities
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations and data architectures
- Experience defining scalable, high-availability, and secure Salesforce architectures
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make design decisions aligned with business goals
- Strong documentation skills for architecture diagrams and solution designs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ preferred)
- Background in enterprise CRM, digital transformation, or cloud architecture
- Experience in regulated industries (BFS, Insurance, Healthcare)
