Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive customer entrance interviews to verify expectations and customize onsite training for Abbott's highest complexity immunoassay and clinical chemistry instruments. Manage integration processes to meet timelines, investigate technical problems by diagnosing probable causes, and document all findings into the complaint handling system. Assist customers with regulatory and validation requirements while making decisions on reagent utilization and product replacements that impact the annual supply budget. Perform thorough exit interviews to present integration results and ensure customer satisfaction, working remotely with up to 90% travel to major metropolitan airports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology/clinical laboratory science
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience in a laboratory environment, field service, a technical support call center, working with Abbott Diagnostics products, assays or instruments
- Must be able to travel up towards 90%
- Must currently live in San Francisco Bay area or Salt Lake City, UT area
- Easy access to major metropolitan airport
