Job Summary
Technical Application Manager for Armacell in China responsible for identifying and developing new market areas and applications for insulation and acoustic products within the Greater China region. Formulate strategy for profitable growth of the technical insulation/acoustic business in China; provide technical support to internal staff and customers; establish technical specifications and manage local testing and technical approval processes; influence local standards (fire protection, acoustic environment, energy saving) to align with company strategy; attend customer visits, seminars, and train local sales teams and customers; requires willingness to travel extensively and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment / HVAC, Engineering, Acoustic degree or Noise Control Engineering
- Minimum five years technical support, marketing application or product management in HVAC / acoustic / Engineering / Industrial related industry
- Willing to travel extensively domestically and overseas
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong presentation and commercial sense
