Job Summary

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with clients, offering technical troubleshooting and billing support, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to enhance loyalty. Candidates should possess experience in direct-to-consumer collections, specifically with billing state-funded agencies and insurance customers. Technical skills with various software are essential, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of relevant experience, particularly in insurance collections and familiarity with SSEP and Sedona.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Technical Support and Billing and Customer Service experience – insurance collections preferred
  • Strong tech experience with excel, billing software, MS Office, and insurance portals
  • Good in excel, communication skills, organizational skills, time management, general knowledge of billing systems and structure, analytical skills, critical decision making, knowledge about HIPAA, SSEP and Sedona

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of and experience with SSEP, Sedona and medical device (PERS)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, heavy volume work environment
  • Demonstrated computer, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience working at insurance companies/payors or with medical device reimbursement for a start-up or new technology company or durable medical equipment setting is highly desirable
