Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements for NRT's suite of products. Translate these needs into technical documentation including Functional Specification Documents, Technical Design Documents, Interface Control Documents, Data Flow Diagrams, and API specifications. Work cross-departmentally to ensure documentation supports implementation, testing, and deployment while participating in technical design sessions, sprint planning, and architecture reviews. Maintain documentation repositories using tools such as Confluence, Git, or SharePoint and support quality assurance by reviewing test plans. Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards and governance processes as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Analyst, Software Development or related roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, Software Development Lifecycles, and system integration principles
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured, and technically accurate documentation for diverse technical audiences
- Proficiency with tool such as MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Be able to travel internationally

- French language is considered an asset
