Job Summary
Provide daily support to existing clients including troubleshooting, training and writing up documentation. Onboard new clients with implementation support, assist in loading historical data from prior systems, and consult with clients to ensure plan setup meets their needs. Coordinate multiple client implementations to meet deadlines, attend product release meetings, and train clients and internal teams on updates and changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
