Job Summary
Technical Analyst to support a shipping/logistics software platform by providing daily client support, troubleshooting, training, and documenting processes; assist onboarding of new clients, load historical data, and analyze data in Excel, with basic SQL learning; consult with clients to ensure software meets their needs and participate in product release meetings to understand changes; collaborate with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to upgrade and enhance the platform and deliver effective client training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Industry experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain
- Experience managing and configuring software systems or supporting/implementing software or technical products/services
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information
- 1 year of relevant experience or training or equivalent combination
