Job Summary
Technical Analyst, SuccessFactors Core HCM & Talent drives SAP SuccessFactors solutions for HR, Talent, and IT. Serves as the primary expert and escalation point for Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding; designs, configures, and enhances SuccessFactors solutions, troubleshoots complex issues, and provides guidance on best practices. Collaborates with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Workforce Management, and IT to deliver integrated, scalable designs; supports reporting, data validation, auditing, and reconciliation; maintains technical documentation and enables Knowledge Transfer. The role supports production activities during critical business cycles, mentors colleagues, and helps ensure system stability and alignment with IT standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resource.
- Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding are strongly preferred.
