Job Summary

Technical Analyst at Experian responsible for 2nd line technical and business product support for the Core DA product set, including investigation and resolution of live configuration incidents, implementing system enhancements and optimizations, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and providing 24x7 application support as part of a rotation across EMAP markets. The role involves complex issue investigation using trace files and diagnostics, proposing permanent solutions and temporary workarounds, communicating status to partners, performing changes in the Technical Area (config, SQL queries, groovy scripts), and testing software releases to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 3 years of working experience in the field of application / customer support
  • Good SQL knowledge
  • Working in a client-facing role; attend client calls to resolve incidents or provide consultancy on client requirements
  • IT Degree or equivalent certification/knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of application support (SQL, WINDOWS platforms)
  • Third party software understanding
  • Appreciate of relational database management systems (RDBMS) theory
