Job Summary
Technical Analyst, Automation & Reporting based in Barcelona, Spain, collaborates with the global Automation & Reporting team to design, develop, and maintain SQL-driven data automation, ETL jobs, and dashboards. Partners with multiple business teams to elicit requirements, translate them into optimized processes, and manage a portfolio of deliverables from conception to completion. Emphasizes data quality, documentation, and effective communication of progress and blockers in an agile environment. Preferred familiarity with ETL development, data visualization, dashboards, and cloud services (AWS/GCP). Includes optional remote work up to 3 months per year.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent training
- 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL and Python for data analysis and data processing
- Proven experience working with version control systems like Git
- Delivery & Communication: Agile mindset with a track record of successful delivery through agile practices
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
