Job Summary
Elicit business requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and document artifacts including user stories, wireframes, and process flows. Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, manage project scope and budget, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Work with clients across time zones to identify process improvements, guide user training, and develop testing scenarios with subject matter experts. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation while maintaining clear communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a consulting role
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Recent experience building custom software solutions
- Experience with custom web portals
- Experience with system integrations
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing technical projects
- Experience working across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to quickly analyze problems
- Ability to identify solutions
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
- A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., in Information Systems, Software Development, or Project Management)
