Job Summary
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, oversee unit testing, and collaborate with developers on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SAP ERP, and Snowflake. Gather user feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide technical training to support global material creation and plant extension projects. This role enhances master data management processes and governance within 3M's Work Your Way program, featuring flexible remote, on-site, or hybrid work options with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least one year of combined experience in information systems, IT, data analytics, computer science, master data management, or data science
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with ERP SAP
- Experience with Snowflake
- Ability to facilitate discussions with business and process stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ability to create technical specifications
- Ability to oversee unit testing
- Ability to collaborate with developers
- Ability to gather user feedback
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to provide technical training
- Flexibility in work location (remote, on-site, or hybrid)
