Job Summary
Support vendor products and internal applications through configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. Analyze business workflows and application behavior to recommend improvements, perform database queries, and leverage teams for product releases and integration development. Write and maintain code for new programs, develop system test plans, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency. Act as a liaison between technical and business user groups to gather requirements, create documentation, and ensure application quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2–5 years of experience in application development, systems analysis, business analysis, or technology support roles
- Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with full-stack application development, including: Core Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
- SQL development and database querying (Oracle PL/SQL preferred)
- Experience with development tools, including Jenkins, Git/BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint
- Ability to develop, test, troubleshoot, and support both internally developed and vendor-supported applications
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, document, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to learn new technologies and vendor platforms quickly and effectively
- Experience analyzing data and business processes to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
