Job Summary
Consult with Contractor and Government management to solve complex litigation support requirements by evaluating programs for efficiency, effectiveness, and interoperability. Provide technical advice, supervision, and guidance to the contractor support team while developing feasible alternatives and estimating implementation costs. Translate advanced concepts into practical solutions using structured techniques to define requirements, then present findings and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations to diverse audiences. May be required to perform supervisory or managerial duties as the senior professional makes recommendations for applications development, maintenance, documentation, and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Mastery level skills designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications
- Mastery level skills making use of the software or technology for which consulting services are required
- At least five years of specific, hands-on experience installing, running, maintaining, securing and upgrading any lit support software in use at the organization including client apps, server apps and Cloud apps
- Experience standing up and maintaining lit support software such as RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, in Cloud, Server and PC environments
- Experience with data migrations
- Experience handling financial crimes/non-compliance cases
- Successful history of difficult and complex problem-solving with respect to the appropriate systems
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization
- US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Litigation support experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines
- Graduate degree in computer science or information management/technology
- Some supervisory or managerial experience
