Job Summary
Manage the relationship between ALLO and the client to foster a seamless partnership by serving as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with client leadership to discuss managed service performance, current and future projects, and customer IT roadmaps. Provide strategic guidance by understanding client business goals, conducting regular service reviews, and translating complex technical concepts to ensure alignment with ALLO's best practices. Proactively troubleshoot issues, document solutions in a knowledge base, and identify opportunities to streamline procedures. Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to champion client needs while looking for revenue development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS preferred or Formal Technical education
- 5+ years of graduating technical IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and C-suite executives
- Sales engineering experience and/or IT leadership experience helpful but not required
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, acting as a strategic advisor to clients
- A 'jack-of-all-trades' background with strong, holistic knowledge across networking, infrastructure, and application support
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs, with proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., PING, TRACERT)
- Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory (Azure and on-prem), Group Policy, and PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 migrations and management, along with troubleshooting web-based applications
- Firm grasp of user/email account management, file/share permissions, and resolving common security issues like virus/malware
