Job Summary
Technical AI Delivery Manager to oversee N2 Company’s AI initiatives. Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, translate business needs into technical requirements, and partner with engineering leaders to design scalable solutions. Promote documentation and knowledge sharing, monitor AI systems and automation workflows, and coordinate user acceptance testing and production releases with stakeholders. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical delivery or related fields, familiarity with workflow automation (N8N, Make, Zapier), experience managing contractors or vendor partnerships, comfort with AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini), strong technical writing, and experience with delivery tools (Monday.com, Jira, Asana). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical project delivery, program management, AI operations, or related field
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience managing technical contractors, freelancers, or vendor partnerships
- Comfortable with leading AI models and tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini)
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Understanding of AI systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and retrieval-based solutions
- Experience with project/delivery tools (Monday.com, Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments and drive projects to completion
