Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI/Gen AI initiatives across Legal, M&A, VC, and Global Comms at Syngenta. Own cloud-native AWS architecture, define modernization roadmaps, and oversee AI/ML/dataset governance. Mentor junior/mid developers, drive AI pipelines (in ingestion, model serving, RAG, evaluation), and ensure security/compliance. Collaborate with Legal, M&A, VC, and Global Communications to translate requirements into scalable, API-first architectures and reusable frameworks; guide adoption of modern development practices and communicate proposals to leadership.
