Job Summary
Technical Advisor on Veilant’s training team delivering hands-on instruction and practical guidance across POLAR and M3 training series. You will help students understand emerging technologies, digital exposure risks, UTS threat vectors, and mitigation strategies; develop and update Programs of Instruction, practical exercises, student guides, instructor guides, and training materials; partner with subject matter experts across cybersecurity, communications, intelligence, and technical operations; support training events in classroom and field environments (CONUS/OCONUS); and translate complex concepts into actionable, mission-focused training to support government and cleared contractor customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance, minimum
- 4 or more years of professional experience in technical training, technical advising, operations support, technology consulting, mission support, or a related field
- Experience delivering instruction, briefings, demonstrations, or technical guidance to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Federal Law Enforcement, or cleared contractor customers
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, practical, and mission-relevant way
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to support training materials, technical documentation, student guides, and after-action input
- Ability to work closely with subject matter experts, instructors, program teams, and customer stakeholders
- Comfort working in hands-on training environments, labs, field exercises, or scenario-based learning events
- Willingness to travel approximately 10 to 25 percent, including CONUS and potential OCONUS assignments
- Strong judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving mission-focused environment
