Job Summary
Technical Advisor – SME to support intelligence production with SME-level proficiency in phenomenology and analytics across GEOINT, MASINT, and SIGINT. Develops and advises on advanced training and automation of analytic workflows, including cross-workflow solutions across multiple cloud environments. Requires expertise with DoD programs, relevant databases/tools, and an active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred). Dayton, OH-based, full-time, in-person position.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or equivalent work experience
- Twenty (20) years of work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate; or sixteen (16) years of work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a Doctorate; or twelve (12) years of work experience plus a Master’s degree may be substituted for a Doctorate
- Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Experience with DoD or similar programs/projects
- Technical SME-level requirements in phenomenology, mission processes, data sources, and analytic disciplines to support intelligence production
- Experience developing GEOINT/MASINT/SIGINT analytical training
- Experience proposing automated cross-workflow solutions and cloud-environment automation
- Proficiency with Intelligence Databases and tools listed (e.g., M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, IC Reach, ArcGIS, RemoteView, FalconView, Python, SQL, JIRA, Confluence)

- Technical SME with phenomenology, mission processes, data sources, and analytic disciplines for intelligence production
- Experience developing phenomenology-based GEOINT, MASINT, and SIGINT analytical training
- Experience proposing automation of analytic workflows and guiding government implementation of automated cross-workflow solutions across multiple cloud environments
- Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
