Job Summary
Technical Advisor responsible for inspiring customers across Kenya & East Africa with high-end technical expertise in bakery & patisserie, delivering demonstrations, trainings, and hands-on support; develop finished goods and concepts by tracking trends and tailoring solutions; collaborate with R&D, Sales and Marketing on new product development and promotions; create pastry recipes and maintain an innovation center environment; travel within Kenya to support customers and regions; requires 5+ years in food/bakery production and strong communication, organizational, and people skills; patisserie certificates are a plus; role located in Nairobi with regular travel within the country.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years production experience in food and bakery/patisserie sector
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Mobility required: regular travel within the country
- Able to evolve in an international organization
- Strong, self-starter, and team player
- Mastery of computer and tablet tools
