Job Summary

Technical Advisor role focused on owning the lifecycle of customer issues from discovery to resolution, performing advanced troubleshooting, managing bug lifecycles, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users. The candidate will advocate for customers, contribute to self-service resources, stay current on platform features, and provide guidance via email, chat, and video. Remote-first environment with a base in Austin, TX, requiring a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and SaaS/customer-facing experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working directly with customers in a professional capacity (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Technical literacy with CRM databases and ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk) and preferably ATS and HRIS knowledge
  • Experience within recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS industries is a significant plus
  • Strong analytical abilities and a demonstrated ability to identify risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
