Job Summary
Provides administrative and customer service support in a dental product environment; serves as a liaison between divisions, coordinates and performs department support activities, answers calls, provides product information, inputs call notes in GCM, and communicates with customers, dental technicians, and managers. Utilizes extensive technical knowledge to advise doctors on product selection, assists with problem solving and planning to achieve stated goals, ensures customer retention and satisfaction, makes outbound calls on cases needing assistance, and follows policies and procedures while collaborating with management on additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of ACD experience and/or five (5) years of customer service experience or three (3) years in dental background
- RDA, DA, or CDT certifications preferred
