Job Summary
Technical Adoption Specialist for Pre Construction Solutions delivering product and workflow coaching to strategic Autodesk customers. You will act as a technical trusted advisor, helping customers adopt Autodesk solutions, activate key workflows, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering coaching sessions (1:many) and live enablement, developing and updating enabling content, guiding discovery to understand customer workflows and adoption barriers, and collaborating with a team to support learning resources and best practices. Required is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering, with 5–6 years in construction or related field, and expert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, Building Connected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, ProEst in production environments. Highly valued are experience in training or creating learning collateral, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English; Spanish is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction or related engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Construction industry needs and workflows
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, Building Connected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, ProEst in a production environment
- Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, API's, Forma Platform, Other Autodesk software beneficial
- 5 – 6 years Construction or related field experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in training others or creating learning collateral
- Fluency in English
- Preferred: Fluency in Spanish
