Job Summary
As a Technical Adoption Manager at VMware, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, facilitating the adoption and effective use of VMware’s technology to achieve business goals. This role requires strong technical and communication skills, with responsibilities including creating Success Plans, conducting technology assessments, and advising on best practices. You will leverage your experience with virtualization and cloud products, working collaboratively to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in the National Capital Region
- Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
- 12+ years related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and technical skills
- Ability to articulate customer key business objectives
- Proven work experience in customer-facing positions such as TAM, Solution Engineer, IT vendor, etc.
- Tenured expertise with VMware’s Multi-cloud products
- Organizational and planning skills
