Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant, progressive experience
- experience in public accounting and/or private industry at a public company
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting and analysis, and SOX compliance
- Audit and M&A experience preferred
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
