Job Summary
Technical Account Specialist with strong networking and security focus (Cisco). Act as the principal technical reference for the client within a specialized support contract, managing the account technically end-to-end, aligning recommendations with business needs and service agreements. Responsibilities include technical account management, client relationship and advisory duties, proactive risk identification and incident prevention, advanced troubleshooting of critical incidents, adoption and continuous improvement of solutions (hardening, standardization, best practices), and internal coordination with manufacturers and third parties (Cisco TAC) to ensure continuity of context before and after changes. Requires professional studies in telecommunications, networks, or IT, and +5 years in similar roles. Desirable: intermediate English and certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, VMware.
