Technical Account Manager with German

Job Summary
Deliver proactive services and technical advocacy to HPE Complete Care and GreenLake customers by developing Account Support Plans and creating operational profiles of customer environments. Lead the delivery of proactive technical deliverables including firmware and software gap analysis, while driving quarterly support activity reviews to analyze incident data and reduce risk. Collaborate with account teams to facilitate Support Team Days such as system health checks and onsite assistance, and participate in customer meetings to foster long-lasting relationships. Work 2 days per week from an HPE office in a hybrid arrangement. Fluent in German and English is required for this expert-level role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferably in technical studies
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Fluent in German
- Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills and working with strict deadlines
- Team worker
- Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
- HPE Product lines intermediate knowledge
- Advanced Business Process Knowledge
- MS Office
- Work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office
